Is that legal? If not, can't you email a threat for them to cease and desist? Of course, I would suggest to let it go, because if you double click the picture it reads "by Kate Kretz" so at least you get credit - but don't you wonder how they found your imagery in the first place?!?
It is illegal. I emailed the webmaster and told them to put my name on it if they were going to use it. Of course Kevin went deeper into the website, and one of the ten commandments is "don't self aggrandize" (paraphrase), so let's hope I don't get our house blown up. My guess is that they googled images for the word "Penance." (the title of the piece).
