Been so consumed that I missed a great post at Ed Winkleman's yesterday: he gives his take on the insightful Dave Hickey lecture at Frieze. I listened to it twice while painting this afternoon: very entertaining observations about the art world, and his conclusion is quite heartening for those of us who just keep on trudging, through this age of art market insanity.
